Cancellation Policy

Booking fee is nonrefundable. Appointment cancellation will result in forfeiture of booking fee. Your booking fee may be transferred with a rescheduled appointment ONE time, up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations, rescheduled appointments within the 48 hour window, or multiple rescheduled appointments will result in forfeiture of booking fee. No Shows will be charged a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost, and you will be required to pay a new booking fee for a new appointment. If the credit card on file declines after a no show, you will not be eligible to book services in the future. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your booking fee may be forfeited, and you may be asked to rebook. Extra time may not always be available if you are late. Please keep traffic, construction, weather, etc. in mind when traveling. This policy is in place to ensure each guest has the full time for your scheduled service & my schedule runs on time. Multiple reschedules, no shows, or late arrivals may result in request for full payment before your appointment or refusal of service. If you are unhappy with your lashes or experience excess lash loss, please reach out to me no later than 72 hours after your appointment. I will do my best to fix anything you may be unsatisfied with in that 72 hour period. Reaching out to me after the 72 hour period will result in a lash fill appointment. Refunds are not available. I will happily fix any issues you may experience within 72 hours of your appointment. Refunds are not available because time & supplies are used at the time of your appointment. I will go above & beyond to ensure you’re happy with your lashes at the time of your appointment. Thank you & I look forward to seeing you! -Paige
